Current Minutes & Agenda

Ordinary meetings of Council are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin at 6.00 pm and take place in the Council Chambers, Smillie Street, Robe. If a meeeting time or date is changed, notification will be given in the local paper.

Any person wishing to speak at at Council meeting is allowed a maximum of three minutes to address Council. All members of the community are welcome to attend council meetings. Current Agendas are available below, otherwise there will be one available to view at the meeting.
